We are excited to welcome Annabella back from MAT leave April 2024!! Grab a booking with Annabella.
We have taken nail repairs offline to help us manage these better, if you need a repair please call the team 01525 837447.
All deposits paid are NON REFUNDABLE, we require a minimum 48 hours notice to cancel or move the booking, this allows us time to re advertise to fill that space.
If the required 48 hours notice is given we will transfer your deposit to an alternative date/time.
If the cancellation or movement comes with less than the required 48 hours notice the deposit paid will be kept by the salon to cover the cost of the last minute cancellation/movement *subject to management discretion.
Clients receive email and text reminders for all appointments, if you do not please contact us to ensure your info is up to date.
The 48 hour reminder point is the last chance to cancel or move and if done so prior to this your deposit will be transferred to a future booking or added to your internal salon profile as credit.
Cancellations will only be accepted via phone call DO NOT CONTACT US VIA EMAIL OR SOCIALS TO CANCEL these are sometimes missed or not checked regularly.
Should you not contact us "no show" your appointment or cancel last minute you maybe asked to settle the balance of the full booking cost as you have not given us ample opportunity to fill that appointment and therefore the salon is financially negatively effected.
Upon making an online booking you will be asked to leave your card details, management reserve the right to charge your card for payment should you no show and do not contact us at all.
If you are 16-18years old and require an appointment please get a responsible adult to book for you, this adult will then need to chaperone you throughout the appointment.
Please do not bring babies children or additional people with you for your appointment.
